Michael is a co-founder of Digital Dialogue and created the concepts for Relevance Marketing after working with and designing direct-to-consumer marketing strategies for the world's most formidable marketers, including Coca-Cola and ConAgra Foods. As a successful operating executive and strategic advisor to both multinational corporations as well as entrepreneurial ventures, Michael has amassed 20 years of experience working with CEOs and executive teams to create dynamic strategies for growth while achieving sustainable operating and financial performance. Matt Armstead, Vice President, Strategy & Innovation Matt, also a co-founder, is Digital Dialogue's chief Relevance Marketing strategist. He works with clients to design and activate innovative Relevance Marketing programs that deliver business results by driving consumers' brand perceptions and buying behavior. Matt also leads Digital Dialogue's OnCallSolutions initiative, which focuses on solving disenfranchising consumer experiences with ready-to-implement industry-specific applications. OnCall Seating and OnCall Fans are the two primary applications offered today, with more under development. Matt has spent 12 years developing customer relevance strategies, such as those for Saks Fifth Avenue and Commerce Bank. Simon Wiltshire, Vice President, Products & Technologies Simon is Digital Dialogue's chief technical architect and strategist. He has extensive experience conceiving of and managing design, development and operations of marketing technology solutions. Simon leads design and development of the Digital Dialogue technology platform, as well as the OnCall suite of solutions that leverages it. Prior to joining Digital Dialogue, Simon served as a product leader at Fair Isaac and at Stellent, a content management provider. |
